I live in a 4 story townhouse, which is 5 years old, and it had been 2 1/2 years since my last carpet cleaning. Towards the end of my dog's life, he had several accidents in the house in 2 of the rooms. I had all of my carpet cleaned which included a downstairs office, steps from the 1st to 2nd floor, steps from the 2nd to 3rd floor, hallway, 2 bedrooms, steps from the 3rd to 4th floor, and a large bedroom loft area.

I was given a time frame of 8-10 AM. The driver called at 7:56 for directions from a Maine St. He arrived by 8:07. I was so impressed as this has never happened before that a carpet cleaning service was on time. Both workers were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They measured my carpet, gave me a price, and then proceeded to do the work. My office carpet was extremely dirty and all of the stains were removed. I was so impressed that I gave them a large oriental rug from my living room to take back to their facility for cleaning.

I had my entire two bedroom condo cleaned, which had not been shampooed for a couple of years. I have two older pets, a cat and dog, and lately have had some accidents. Elite Carpet Care cleaned entire condo with such efficiency with great results on stains and deodorizing throughout. They moved all the furniture (I did not have to lift a finger).

Pete Abrahim and an assistant were on time, very polite, very helpful, and extremely efficient. The company was very reasonably priced. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Unbelievable work!!!! They are the most professional and detailed company that I have ever had!! The carpeting and the couch looks brand new, and I was sure that I had to replace both before Elite cleaned them. I will never use another company!!

The wall to wall carpet in 4 rooms, about 525 sq ft, plus 2 sets of stairs was cleaned and an upholstered couch.

They arrived promptly and worked professionally. The results were quite good. The carpets and couch looked great. They were able to remove a number of stains which had been around for years. One problem was that the part of the carpet on a stairway next to the wall remained less clean. After I complained about this, they returned another day to make a special extra effort with good results. So they do care about pleasing the customer. I would use them again.
